Current Rates as of April 1, 2024:
$110 for studio with kitchenette
$121 for 1 bedroom suite with kitchenette
$134 for 1 bedroom suite with kitchenette and lanai
$163 for 2 bedroom suite with kitchenette and lanai
$201 for 3 bedroom & 2 bath house with full kitchen
Additional persons are $35.00 per person

All reservations of Guest Suites rates are subject to: State of Hawaii taxes of 17.96% plus 4.712% and an applicable "new cleaning fees" of $65.00 to $165.00, depending on the Guest Suite type and number of persons. Though daily room cleaning is not provided, interim “housekeeping service” can be provided upon request and at a minimal charge.  Linens can also be exchanged without fee at your request. We require a $100 nonrefundable deposit at the time of reservation, and the balance paid-in-full 14 days before arrival. Upon check-out any missing items or damages will be charged to the credit card on file.

PAYMENT/CANCELLATION/CHANGES POLICY:
All reservations are charged as non-refundable payments and are subject to "check out cleaning fees" depending on suite type and length of stay. All reservations must consist of a 3 night minimum.

For reservations made more than 14 days prior to the day of arrival, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to confirm the reservation.  The remaining balance (total cost less $100 deposit) will be charged, 14 days prior to your day of arrival as a non-refundable charge to your credit card on file.

*Please note, if you must cancel your reservations after your arrival date we will retain all money collected per our nonrefundable policy.

 For reservations made 14 days (or less) prior to the day of arrival, payment in full is required at the time of confirmation.
